This is very expensive for what it does. Personally, I'd proxy, until you can get some more - in a Medic, and 3 Plasma Gunners. Autocannons are rather poor. They can't hit heavy vehicles, and there are enough mid and higher strength weapons to deal with Rhino's and Chimera's.
However, 3 Plasma Guns and PFist with Carapace Armour gives a very low chance of losing a model due to overheat - say you're rapid firing, that's 7 shots, hitting on 4's. Law of average states 1 dice, maybe 2 at worst will Overheat. You have a 4+ Save, followed by another 4+ Save - that's a 75% chance of ignoring any wound by overheat - better than Marine Plas Gunners, and far more effective against them.
Alternatively, drop the Medic, and go for 4 Meltaguns. IMHO, though, I'd drop the Power Sword.
Veteran Squad 1 - I like the use of Missile Launchers, but don't mistake Vanilla Guard Grenade efficiency in DoW for Table Top. 2 3" Blasts won't do much, and S6 can't target Armour effectively. Instead, you're better going for Plasma, Snipers (anti-Monsters and pinning) or Melta's (anti-tank and anti-terminator). With BS4, they aren't going to waste, and do perfectly for Instagibbing Marine heroes.
Veteran Squad 2 - Same again really.
Scout Sentinel - Excellent. Personally, I don't like the HK Missile - too expensive for a 1 shot - but an LC Scout Sentinel can be deployed anywhere, then scout into terrain, and then pop out and annihilate a tank. Nice work
